Personalized Products

All personalized books are made to order using the details you provide. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for orders where the correct information was provided and the product was delivered as expected.

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that all names, photos, and details submitted are accurate before placing your order. BriannaBooks is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error caused by us, you may request a replacement or refund. To qualify:You must contact us within 3–5 days of receiving your orderYou must provide clear proof (photos) of the issueOnce reviewed, we will offer a replacement or appropriate solution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes.

Shipping

Currently, BriannaBooks operates locally within South Africa. Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
